The Academy is for 8 - 10 year old boys and girls. The Foundations Academy is designed to help young players build strong basketball fundamentals in a fun and supportive environment. Sessions focus on developing proper shooting mechanics, ball handling, footwork, finishing at the rim, and overall coordination. Players will learn the building blocks of the game while gaining confidence through skill development and small competitive activities.
