- Shooting mechanics
- Shooting on the move and under pressure
- Attacking the basket
- Finishing at the rim
- Constraint led shooting and finishing
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A CAMP/CLINIC
• Players will learn and develop strong basketball fundamentals including shooting, ball handling, footwork, and finishing
• Structured skill development designed to help players build confidence and improve each day
• Shooting mechanics, game speed shots, speed & agility, ball handling and competitive games
• A positive and encouraging environment where players are challenged and supported
• Players will improve their skills, gain confidence, and have a lot of fun playing the game
