CANCELLATION POLICY - WELTY BASKETBALL ACADEMY
We value your time and ours. To maintain fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review our cancellation policy below:
Session Cancellation
24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled session time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be responsible for 50% of the session fee if the session is unable to be filled.
Cancellations under 4 hours and No-Shows will be responsible for 100% of the session fee.
