9th -12th Boys and Girls - Shot Development Class

Session Dates: 7/8, 7/10, 7/15, 7/17, 7/22, 7/24, 7/29, 7/31, 8/5, 8/7, 8/12 - 3:00pm-4:00pm. 8/13 11:30am -12:30pm.
Curriculum:

Week 1: Foundations and Sequencing
Week 2: Sequencing and basic movements
Week 3: Catch and Shoot preparation and shots
Week 4: Dibble preparation and shots
Week 5: Catch and shoot/dribble and shoot
Week 6: Game like shots and range

*Testing week 1 day 1 and week 6 day 2*

Clinic #2: 7/2, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23 2:00pm - 3:00pm.

This clinic will consist of shooting, finishing, ball handling and passing. The goal will be at 9 feet.

Shooting - proper form, sequencing, balance and hands.
Finishing - footwork and touch.
Ball handling - Vision, feel, speed variance and control.
Passing - Stationary and moving
